Can a Labuan cryptocurrency exchange applicant apply for an ICO license?
Excuse me, I was reading through the regulations for cryptocurrency exchanges in Labuan and I came across a question regarding ICOs. I was wondering, if a cryptocurrency exchange applicant in Labuan is looking to offer initial coin offerings (ICOs) as part of their services, would they be able to apply for an ICO license as well, or are there separate requirements and procedures for that?
